Our Financial Advisory practice supports clients on transactions, investments, and strategic decisions through rigorous analysis and practical insights.
We are looking to hire an Associate / Senior Associate to join our Financial Advisory practice. The role involves supporting and delivering a broad range of advisory engagements, including valuation, financial due diligence, feasibility studies, business plan development, and transaction support.
This position offers strong exposure to complex, hands-on advisory work and close collaboration with senior professionals and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business and equity valuations, including financial modeling, assumption development, and valuation analysis
- Conduct financial due diligence engagements, covering analysis of historical performance, quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, and key risks
- Prepare feasibility studies, addressing:
- Commercial feasibility (market assessment, demand analysis, competitive landscape)
- Technical feasibility (operating assumptions, capacity planning, cost structures, based on technical inputs)
- Financial feasibility (integrated financial models, funding structures, sensitivity analysis, and viability assessment)
- Develop business plans, including commercial strategy, operational assumptions, and detailed financial projections
- Build and review financial models, projections, and analytical schedules to support advisory and transaction engagements
- Support transaction execution, including data gathering, analysis, documentation, and preparation of client-ready presentations
- Analyze financial statements to identify key value drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely advisory outputs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business
- MBA from a reputed institution (preferred)
- 25 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, corporate development, valuation, transaction advisroy, corporate finance, or feasibility studies
- CFA Level II or above and/or valuation credentials such as CBV, ASA, or CVA are an added advantage
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA are a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct research, and report-writing skills
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Financial Modelling and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines
