Job Summary
Support financial and restructuring engagements by conducting analysis, preparing proposals, managing stakeholder communications, and assisting in distressed asset sales to drive successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business proposals and pitch documents to support client acquisition and engagement
- Research and analyze legal entity structures to inform advisory recommendations
- Gather and document business and functional requirements to support project objectives
- Conduct financial analysis and review financial statements to assess business performance and risks
- Support restructuring and insolvency appointments including private trustee in bankruptcy, schemes of arrangement, judicial management, receiverships, liquidations, and bankruptcy processes
- Prepare documentation and assist in the sale process of distressed assets to facilitate transactions
- Draft correspondence and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders during engagements
- Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships to achieve desired business outcomes
- Assist with related financial tasks as required by the Firm to support overall team objectives
