- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential investments

- Monitor portfolio company performance and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Previous experience in M&A at a prestigious investment bank or a prominent asset management firm
- Proficient in analytical skills and financial modelling, coupled with effective presentation and communication capabilities
- Holds a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a reputable university
- Willingness to relocate and commit to a full-time role in Abu Dhabi
