Job Description
As an Associate / Senior Associate within the Real Estate Investments team, you will:
- Source, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the GCC.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
- Support deal structuring and negotiations, working closely with senior leadership.
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist in strategic asset management initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate investments within the GCC region.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuations.
- Proven track record of deal execution and transaction management.
- Experience in the logistics sector is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
