Job Title: Sales Leader - KSA (AVP)

We're looking for a Sales Leader to spearhead our NN growth in the KSA. This is not just another sales role - this is a high impact leadership opportunity to build, lead and dominate in one of the most dynamic markets.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt and Win: Drive aggressive new business acquisition across industries and giga projects
  • Build and Scale: Elevate Coforge's presence in KSA from the ground up..you'll architect the sales strategy, build a high-performing team and scale operations
  • Own the Numbers: Deliver and exceed revenue targets. You'll be accountable for top-line and bottom-line growth
  • Lead with Influence: Represent the brand with authority and credibility. Establish strong partner network - you'll be the face of our business in KSA
  • Integrate with Impact: Align sales efforts with our Horizontal offering (systems integration capabilities) - you understand how to sell complex solutions and drive value

Role Competencies

  • Proven track record of hunting and closing large, multi-million-dollar deals in KSA
  • Deep industry connections and a strong reputation among CXOs and commercial teams
  • Experience in working for systems integrators and understand the ecosystem
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to scale a business from ground up to dominance
  • Proven leadership experience in building and managing powerhouse sales teams and driving performance
  • Ability to architect GTM strategies aligned with market dynamics and exponential growth
  • Strong relationships with customers at CXO level and networks that go beyond online connections
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities, translating market trends into actionable strategies
