What You'll Do
- Hunt and Win: Drive aggressive new business acquisition across industries and giga projects
- Build and Scale: Elevate Coforge's presence in KSA from the ground up..you'll architect the sales strategy, build a high-performing team and scale operations
- Own the Numbers: Deliver and exceed revenue targets. You'll be accountable for top-line and bottom-line growth
- Lead with Influence: Represent the brand with authority and credibility. Establish strong partner network - you'll be the face of our business in KSA
- Integrate with Impact: Align sales efforts with our Horizontal offering (systems integration capabilities) - you understand how to sell complex solutions and drive value

- Proven track record of hunting and closing large, multi-million-dollar deals in KSA
- Deep industry connections and a strong reputation among CXOs and commercial teams
- Experience in working for systems integrators and understand the ecosystem

- Ability to architect GTM strategies aligned with market dynamics and exponential growth
- Strong relationships with customers at CXO level and networks that go beyond online connections
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
