At Grandiose, we are currently seeking a Assortment, Pricing & Analytics Manager to join our Commercial team.
Job Purpose:
To lead the development of the company's assortment planning, pricing strategy, and retail analytics to support data-driven decision-making and profitability enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage assortment plans aligned with customer insights and market trends.
- Establish pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize SKU performance and inventory management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support promotions and category growth plans.
- Monitor competitor pricing and assortment strategies.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in FMCG Retail Industry
- 5+ years in pricing, assortment, or retail analytics roles.
- Strong data interpretation, modeling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
