Asst Director, Operations Engineering & Automation | Private Hospital

We are partnering with an established private hospital to appoint an Assistant Director, Operations for a newly created position.

We are looking for a senior operations professional with an Engineering background who can bridge hospital operations, infrastructure/renovation projects and automation/robotics initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Engineering qualification/background with strong operations leadership experience
• Hands-on experience managing renovation, upgrading or infrastructure projects
• Able to read, review and work with renovation/technical drawings
• Experience implementing robotics, automation, smart systems or technology-driven operational improvements
• Strong project/vendor/contractor and stakeholder management experience
• Ideally from a hospital, healthcare or similarly complex facilities environment
• Currently operating at Senior Manager / Assistant Director or equivalent level
• Broad, varied experience across operations + engineering + projects will be highly valued
