Role Overview

We are looking for an NCR ATM Operations Consultant to support ATM operations, incident management, deployments, and day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis of ATM-related issues and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software Support based on analysis and findings.
• Support operations projects and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Support deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes based on SIT/UAT progress.
• Collect and share logs, findings, and relevant details for incidents and support cases.
• Complete assigned technical requests within the required timelines.
• Support the overall management and operation of the ATM network.
• Coordinate with relevant technical and support teams for incident resolution and operational activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in NCR ATM operations and support.
• Experience in ATM incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ATM software support and ticket management.
• Experience supporting patches, releases, and production fixes.
• Good understanding of ATM network operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
