We are looking for a proactive individual to lead the team securing registration and engagement for IDC's conferences and events across the Middle East. This role requires a combination of team leadership experience, marketing acumen, sales tele-calling, and customer service skills to understand building and nurturing relationships with attendees and potential leads, contributing to the success of our events.

Type of contract: permanent, full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Attendee Acquisition team across different MEA countries.
- Supervise database building across Middle East
- Supervise of conference end user and speakers database in Cvent/Semik and regular
- update and qualification of records
- For digital events manage pre-event such as co-ordination with platform provider,
- sponsor/speaker co-ordination, etc.
- Hold responsibility for updating local events web sites
- Support all PR related tasks
- Travel to events as required and coordinates all aspect of on-site operation
Qualifications:
- Professional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey messages in a polite, engaging, and motivating way. Fluence in Arabic is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing principles, including audience segmentation, lead generation, and engagement strategies to drive registration and attendance.
- Prior experience in a similar role (such as sales tele-calling, marketing support, or customer service) with a strong focus on relationship-building and lead generation.
- Proficient in internet research and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team, including the flexibility to occasionally attend events outside standard working hours.
