What You'll Do
- Transcribe audio recordings accurately following provided guidelines
- Handle varying accents, speeds, and audio quality levels
- Apply formatting and punctuation rules consistently
- Flag unclear segments and note speaker changes
- Meet quality and turnaround targets for each batch
Who You Are
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Patient with challenging audio (accents, background noise)
- Comfortable using transcription tools and guidelines
- No professional transcription experience required
