Audit Manager

Its service offerings extend to litigation and legal advisory, tax and zakat consultations, and bankruptcy and liquidation services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in external audit, experience with a Top 10 audit firm is preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of relevant standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, risk assessment, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience managing multiple audit engagements and leading audit teams.
• Excellent leadership, client-management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage engagement timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Very good command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate internal controls and business risks.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ESAA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred; a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing audit teams and engagements, ideally within a professional services or public accounting environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple engagements in a fast-paced setting.
