Key Responsibilities

* Lead audit or tax engagements with full ownership

* Drive the growth and development of the Dubai branch

* Represent the firm confidently in client interactions, seminars, and forums

* Use AI, automation, and analytics to improve service quality and delivery

* Actively network, build visibility, and generate new business

* Mentor teams and build a culture of excellence and innovation

* Take initiative, bring ideas, and challenge the status quo

* Promote the firm on social and professional platforms

Required Qualifications & Qualities

* Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA (Mandatory)

* Rankholder or academically brilliant background preferred

* Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience

* Previous Big 4 or Big 10 experience would be great

* Proven experience in Audit or Tax with leadership responsibilities

* Entrepreneurial mindset – you've built, led, or grown something before

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Confident public speaker and professional networker

* Willing to go the extra mile and work hard when it matters

* Takes initiative, thinks proactively, and drives solutions

* Passionate about technology, innovation, and continuous growth
