This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Auto Auction Specialist (Copart & AAI). The specialist will be responsible for assisting in the management of vehicle purchases from auctions, maintaining relationships with auction houses, coordinating logistics, ensuring on-time shipping, handling customs clearance, and providing tracking updates to clients. The role also involves resolving issues, managing client accounts, and ensuring all processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Strong familiarity with Auto Auction platforms, particularly Copart and AAI
• Knowledge of vehicle shipping, customs clearance, and transportation logistics
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
• Experience in using relevant software or tools for logistics and tracking
• Prior knowledge of Dubai market and UAE transportation industry is an advantage
