Auto CAD Detailer ( Minimum 4 Years Precast Experienced Candidates Only)

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum 4-6 years of experience as Senior Auto CAD Draftsman/Junior Auto CAD Detailer in Precast Industry.

Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Excellent Knowledge in Design & Detailing related codes

AutoCAD and REVIT

Experience in preparation of detailed precast drawings

Decisive, clear, and consistent.

Technical Accuracy with attention to details.

Good Spatial awareness.

Maintain Confidentiality.

Auto CAD Detailer Job Roles

Prepare typical connection details according to project specifications, DP scope, and job orders.

Prepare and coordinate basic production drawings.

Develop hollow core slab layouts as required.

Ensure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) elements are accurately incorporated into production drawings.

Submit drawings for final approval in a timely manner.

Prepare bar bending schedules based on design drawings for each element.

Coordinate and collaborate effectively with relevant departments, peers, and team leaders.

Review production drawings to ensure compliance with production and structural requirements.

Deliver accurate drawings to the coordinator within specified deadlines.

Verify all sections and details in drawings align with project specifications, standards, and expectations.

Ensure structural integrity and economical design solutions throughout the project.

Provide safe, reliable, and practical design details.

Offer technical support to erection and production teams to confirm proper details and drawings are developed.

Prepare structural design reports as needed.

Maintain accuracy and quality in all data, drawings, and reports.
