Finance Powerhouse to promote their innovative auto finance consumer credit card product.
EARNINGS POTENTIAL
Commission Structure:
- AED 500 - 2,000 per approved credit card application
- NO SALARY CAP - Your earnings depend entirely on your performance
- Weekly targets with transparent tracking
- Monthly payouts
Realistic Earnings Projection:
- Month 1-2: AED 5,000 - 10,000 (5-10 cards)
- Month 3-6: AED 10,000 - 20,000 (10-20 cards)
- Top Performers: AED 25,000+ monthly (25+ cards)
100% commission-based initially. Performance-based salary structure after probation period.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for selling Finance Powerhouse auto credit cards to the following stakeholders:
Target Clients:
- Car Rental Companies - Focus on lease-to-own agreements for their customers
- Car Dealerships - Credit cards for down payments on cars & accessories
- Motor Insurance Brokers - Credit cards for 12-month insurance installment payments
- Auto Marketplaces & Digital Channels - Online platforms and automotive service providers
Sales Approach:
- B2B sales - you'll be meeting business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makers
- Relationship-based selling - build long-term partnerships
- Consultative selling - understand client needs and position the credit card solution
- Self-managed field sales - plan your daily meetings and territory coverage
Key Requirements
Mandatory:
- 1+ years UAE sales experience (B2B preferred, commission-based ideal)
- Own car/reliable transport (essential for daily client meetings)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Comfortable with 100% commission structure initially
- Available to start immediately (within 1 week)
Highly Preferred:
- Existing network in automotive industry (car rentals, dealerships, insurance)
- Previous credit card/financial product sales experience
- Arabic speaker (advantage but not mandatory)
- Proven track record in commission-based sales roles
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High activity level (comfortable doing 5-8 client meetings daily)
- Resilient and persistent (commission sales requires follow-up)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
What You'll Do
Daily Activities:
- Identify and approach target businesses (car rentals, dealers, insurance brokers)
- Present Finance credit card benefits to decision-makers
- Collect customer applications and ensure documentation completion
- Follow up on pending approvals and maintain client relationships
- Report weekly progress against card approval targets
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions

- Product training Finance credit card features
- Marketing materials and presentation decks
- Application processing support
- Weekly target setting and performance tracking
- Commission structure transparency (rebate schedule provided)
