Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman with experience in villa construction, joinery and fit-out projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, technical shop drawings, and as-built drawings for various renovation and fit-out projects. The role requires close coordination with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure precise execution of designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for joinery and interior fit-out works, including layout, fixtures, custom electrical, fire and civil defense.
- Develop shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with client specifications, industry standards, and Dubai regulations Including DDA, DLD, Trakhees, Dubai Municipality & Civil Defense.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site engineers to incorporate changes and modifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify dimensions and support project execution.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Must have 2 Years of experience in Dubai Development Authority & DLDapprovals.
- Strong understanding of joinery detailing & fitout specifications.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, fit-out regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in DDA, DLD, Dubai Municipality & TRAKHEES approvals.
- Experience working with high-end interior renovation fit-outs and custom joinery projects.
- Familiarity with 2D software is a plus.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination in fit-out projects.
