Role Overview:

The selected candidate will work closely with the implementation team during the setup and deployment of ACC, supporting configuration, user onboarding, and coordination across departments. After implementation, they'll take on the role of ACC Admin, maintaining the platform, supporting users, and promoting best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation team during system setup, configuration, and testing.

Coordinate with project and department teams to align ACC workflows with existing processes.

Manage user access, permissions, and project environments.

Assist with data migration, document management, and issue tracking.

Provide day-to-day user support and escalate technical issues when needed.

Develop user guides and training materials tailored to internal workflows.

Conduct internal training and onboarding sessions for project teams.

Post-implementation, act as the internal ACC administrator, ensuring smooth operations and continued adoption.

Support reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives related to ACC.

Ideal Background:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Solid understanding of construction workflows, documentation, and coordination processes.

Hands-on experience or familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Build, Docs, Cost, Design Collaboration)

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work across functions.

Interest in digital transformation and construction technology.

Familiarity with Power BI
