AGILE Electromechanical Contracting LLC is an UAE, OMAN, SAUDI & QATAR -based engineering company specializing in Design & Engineering, Procurement & Erection, and Testing & Commissioning of Electrical HT/LT equipment, Control & Relay Panels and Numerical Relays. We are specialists in SCADA & IED integration and Substation Automation, with a strong track record across substations, oil & gas and renewable energy projects.

We are expanding our engineering team and looking for talented professionals at all experience levels — Junior, Mid-Level and Senior — to join us across the following disciplines:

- Instrumentation Engineer

- Automation Engineer

- Substation Automation Engineer

Open Positions & Experience Required

Junior Engineer – 1 to 3 years

Mid-Level Engineer – 4 to 8 years

Senior Engineer – 9+ years

What You'll Work On

- Field instrument installation, calibration and maintenance (Instrumentation)

- PLC, DCS, HMI and SCADA system design, programming and commissioning (Automation)

- RTU/BCU configuration, IED integration with SCADA (IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus) and substation automation networks (Substation Automation)

- FAT/SAT, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting across projects

- Coordination with cross-functional engineering teams and vendors

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics or Control Engineering

- Relevant hands-on experience matching your level (Junior/Mid/Senior)

- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, standards and industry protocols

- Good communication skills and a strong safety-first mindset

- Junior candidates: eager to learn, detail-oriented

- Mid-level candidates: able to work independently and mentor juniors

- Senior candidates: proven leadership, team management and client-facing experience
