Job Description:
As an Automation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and performance. You will lead a team of engineers, oversee system design and implementation, and ensure successful project execution for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the automation engineering team.
- Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI).
- Review and approve electrical and control system drawings and documentation.
- Manage multiple automation projects from concept to commissioning.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for system components and technologies.
- Ensure projects comply with safety standards and client specifications.
- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial automation (at least 3 years in a leadership role).
- Strong experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA systems (Siemens preferred.).
- Good knowledge of industrial communication protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
