Job Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Performance
Own and execute branch sales strategy to hit monthly, quarterly & annual targets
Track daily KPIs, identify gaps, and roll out corrective actions fast
Maximize every deal: manage discounts, trade-in values & margin retention
Manage Financials & Profitability
Prepare, monitor & optimize branch budget and operating expenses
Drive add-on products to grow revenue per unit
Deliver accurate, timely sales, inventory & financial reports
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations in compliance with company and OEM standards
Maintain showroom display & inventory control per OEM guidelines
Implement HSSE mandates and enforce security protocols
Lead & Develop Your Team
Recruit, train & retain high-performing frontline and support associates
Champion the Way of Selling coach, mentor & build talent pipelines
Drive employee engagement and succession planning
Elevate Customer Experience
Lead CRM strategy to drive sales, retention & loyalty
Ensure consistent experience across all sales & aftersales touchpoints
Collaborate with Aftersales for operational synergy
Desired Skills:
5+ years in automotive retail / dealership / branch management
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
P&L and budget management experience
Proficiency in CRM & DMS platforms
Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
