Greenland Group is looking for Automobile Technician - (NESMA, KSA)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine preventative maintenance (lubrication, part replacement, cleaning) to minimize downtime, and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Utilizing diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis) to identify malfunctions and conducting root cause analysis on failed equipment.
- Installation & Setup: Installing new machinery, upgrading existing systems, and testing equipment to ensure it meets operating specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed, often using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Technical Support: Interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery, wiring, and electrical components, replacing parts as necessary.
- Installation: Install new wiring, lighting, control panels, and electrical systems according to blueprints installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, equipment, and wiring in industrial, residential, or commercial settings. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, and reading technical diagrams to ensure safety and compliance with codes. They frequently use diagnostic tools like multimeters to diagnose issues and repair components.
- Inspection & Safety: Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment compliance with safety regulations and codes.
- Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
- Collaboration: Work with engineers on projects, or mentor apprentices, depending on seniority.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Skills Required: Automobile maintenance, Mechanical Technician, Electrical technician
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 year(s)
