Job Summary:
The Aftersales Manager will lead the brand's aftersales strategy and operations in the UAE, ensuring a premium ownership experience across service, warranty, parts, technical support, customer care, and dealer performance. The role will work closely with dealer partners and regional/HQ teams to establish high-quality aftersales standards suitable for an ultra-luxury, AI-enabled automotive brand.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the UAE aftersales strategy in line with OEM and global brand standards.
- Manage dealer/service partner performance across service, warranty, parts, technical support and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor premium service standards, processes, KPIs and customer experience guidelines.
- Support new vehicle/model launches and aftersales readiness, including tools, parts, training, diagnostics and technical documentation.
- Oversee technical support and escalation of complex vehicle issues to regional/global HQ.
- Manage warranty operations, claim quality, cost control and policy compliance.
- Ensure parts availability, inventory optimization and effective parts supply planning.
- Drive service quality, customer retention, CSI/NPS and resolution of escalated customer cases.
- Ensure aftersales readiness for EVs, connected vehicles, ADAS, AI-powered features, OTA updates and intelligent vehicle technologies.
- Lead dealer technical and service training programs and capability development.
- Monitor aftersales KPIs, budgets, warranty costs and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety requirements and OEM standards.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Over 3 years of automotive aftersales management experience in UAE
- Proven experience managing service, warranty, parts and technical operations.
- Strong knowledge of EV/NEV technologies, diagnostics, ADAS, connected vehicles, OTA and intelligent vehicle systems preferred.
- Experience in new brand/model launch and dealer aftersales setup is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
