Job Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment by performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks. Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance and maintain high quality output.

Key Functional Responsibilities

Participate in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to service, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.

Perform safety checks and implement safety measures to prevent accidents or hazards.

Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high quality output.

Lead and guide the production operator team's activities during a specified shift while ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, safety regulations, and production objectives.

Cooperate with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate schedules, prioritize work orders, and optimize system performance.

Perform daily communication meetings with the whole team to share targets and SPQRC KPIs.

Assist in assigning manpower, material, and equipment resources wisely to effectively achieve production objectives and ensure efficient utilization of resources to maintain efficient operations
