Job Description


The Brand & Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing merchandising standards, strengthening brand presence, and developing strong relationships with key customers and channel partners. This role requires a strategic, proactive professional with experience in automotive accessories, retail, or related industries. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, business development, and team training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management & Communication

Serve as the primary communication link between internal teams and external partners.

Maintain strong and consistent communication with management and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure brand guidelines, merchandising standards, and customer service expectations are consistently met.

2. Sales & Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize both wholesale and retail performance.

Continuously improve merchandising execution to increase in-store conversions and attachment sales.

Utilize internal marketing tools, product guides, and promotional materials to enhance team productivity and product knowledge.

3. Business Development

Identify new markets, channels, and product-specific growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and potential business leads.

Provide regular market insights and updates that support strategic decision-making.

4. Customer Engagement & Training

Promote and uphold high customer service standards at all levels.

Conduct product and sales training for staff, customers, and other stakeholders to enhance understanding and performance.

Support and participate in exhibitions, events, and community activities to strengthen brand visibility and customer connection.

5. Social Media & Brand Visibility

Contribute to engaging social media activities across major platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

Support brand-building campaigns and ensure consistent visibility of products and promotions.

6. Quality & Warranty Coordination

Monitor and report any product quality or warranty-related issues promptly.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.

7. Culture & Team Development

Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative working environment.

Encourage continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork within the sales and marketing departments.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or relevant field.

37 years of experience in sales, business development, or brand management (automotive/4x4/retail preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience in customer service, warranty coordination, or product training is an advantage.

Familiarity with social media content engagement and marketing tools.
