On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire an Automobile Engineer to support aftersales operations within the automotive sector in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on technical support, customer satisfaction, and coordination with workshop teams to ensure smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze technical data to evaluate vehicle performance, identify failures, and recommend improvements.

* Visit customers when required to understand technical concerns and operational needs.

* Coordinate closely with the workshop team to provide technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.

* Support service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Implement systems and procedures in line with OEM policies and standards.

* Apply operational best practices such as 5S and process improvement initiatives.

* Prepare technical reports for management when required.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.

* Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience in automotive or technical service environments.

* Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

* Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and dealership service operations.
