Job Vacancy: Automotive Marketing Manager

Nejoum Al Jazeera Company is seeking to hire a professional Marketing Manager with strong experience in the automotive sector (auctions, shipping, sales, digital marketing, and customer development). The ideal candidate will lead the company's marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and drive sustainable growth in both the UAE and international markets.

2. Job Objective

To develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional programs aimed at increasing car sales and vehicle shipping from the USA, enhancing the corporate brand, and achieving measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue across local and international markets.

3. Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive annual and monthly marketing plans for car sales and shipping.
  • Analyze markets (USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, etc.) to identify business opportunities.
  • Segment customer groups (VIP Medium Normal Dealers).
  • Develop marketing offers and campaigns targeting auction buyers and new customers.
  • Establish a clear brand development vision for the company.

2. Advertising & Marketing Campaign Management

  • Create and manage online advertising campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
  • Develop visual marketing content and promotional videos.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize outcomes.

3. Sales & Marketing Channels Management

  • Oversee car listing pages and auction platforms.
  • Manage pricing, offer, and discount programs.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and partner companies.
  • Monitor lead conversions and ensure successful sales closures.

4. Performance Analysis & Decision Support

  • Prepare periodic reports on campaign results and marketing performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing patterns.
  • Evaluate marketing team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and develop the marketing and sales team.
  • Define monthly performance targets (KPIs).
  • Train staff on sales techniques and professional communication.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations linked to commissions and incentives.

6. Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Create strategies to increase the number of cars shipped monthly.
  • Enhance the customer journey to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service departments.

7. Public Relations & Events

  • Represent the company in local and international exhibitions and auto auctions.
  • Prepare marketing materials and presentations for events.
  • Build relationships with dealers, suppliers, and industry partners across markets.

4. Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive or vehicle shipping sector.
  • Strong experience in U.S. automotive markets (Copart, IAAI, Manheim) is a major plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and online advertising.

Technical Skills

  • Strong ability to develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to write marketing content and advertising copy professionally.

6. Authority

  • Manage advertising budgets.
  • Approve marketing and promotional materials.
  • Make urgent marketing decisions within authorized scope.
  • Recommend discounts and offers (subject to management approval).
