Job Title: PDI Executive

Location: UAE

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and ensuring all vehicles meet the quality, safety, technical, and presentation standards before delivery to dealers or customers for UAE Subsidiary OEM - brands of OMODA, JAECOO, iCAUR, new brands, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PDI inspections as per OEM checklists and standards.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, electrical, Exterior and interior condition, and transportation-related defects.
• Ensure identified issues are rectified and vehicles are re-inspected before release.
• Complete and maintain accurate PDI reports and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Aftersales, Quality, and Dealer teams on vehicle readiness.
• Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned, prepared, and ready for delivery.
• Monitor PDI turnaround time and report outstanding issues.
• Support continuous improvement of vehicle quality and PDI processes.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in vehicle PDI in UAE.
• Hands-on knowledge of vehicle inspection and basic diagnostics.
• Good English communication and MS Office skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Automotive technical certification is an advantage.
• Experience with an automotive OEM/distributor or dealership is preferred.
• EV/BEV experience is an advantage.
