Job Purpose

Support daily sales operations, reporting, dealer coordination and stock management to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on sales orders and vehicle accessories, including floor mats.
• Coordinate dealer orders, provide stock updates and assign VIN numbers.
• Monitor daily stock movements and order planning.
• Prepare an internal stock report every 3 days and highlight low-stock risks to the Head of Sales.
• Track sales targets, orders, vehicle allocation and delivery status.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Finance and Aftersales for vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales, stock, dealer and CRM records.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and required sales documentation.
• Support the implementation and communication of sales policies.
• Follow up with dealers on pending orders, documents and requirements.

Qualification/Experience/Skills

• Over 1 year experience in automotive sales coordination/administration in U.A.E.
• Good knowledge of automotive sales, stock and vehicle delivery processes.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination, accuracy and follow-up skills.
• U.A.E automotive OEM/distributor/dealership experience preferred.
• Candidate needs to have a valid U.A.E driving license.
• Work schedule - 6 days a week, 1 day off.
