Automotive Service Advisor

Al Shal Automotive was founded in 1978 in Tanta by Yousef Al Shal. The company now operates from Tanta and Cairo, offering authorized 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) business for Chevrolet and MG. Additionally, Al Shal Automotive provides services for Eurorepar and Peugeot, ensuring a wide range of automotive solutions for their customers.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Cairo. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for interacting with customers, identifying their vehicle service needs, and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair activities. The role entails ensuring customer satisfaction, completing service documentation, and providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the vehicle service process.

• Skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certification in automotive technology is preferred
