Automotive Service Advisor

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor for on-site work in New Cairo kattamya and aburawash . This role involves coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing professional advice to clients regarding their automotive needs. The Service Advisor will communicate with customers to understand their concerns, schedule appointments, oversee repair processes, and provide cost estimates. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and the service team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred
