This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Kuwait City. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for managing vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing automotive repairs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The Service Advisor will work closely with technicians and customers to ensure a seamless service experience.

• Skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Kuwait City
• Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and software
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive service advising is a plus
