Job Title: Automotive Yard Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day automotive yard operations, ensuring efficient vehicle receiving, inspection, storage, movement, maintenance, inventory control, and dispatch while maintaining required quality and safety standards.
Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive yard operations, finished vehicle logistics, vehicle storage, or a similar field in UAE.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, storage, maintenance, or yard operations in UAE.
- Good understanding of automotive vehicle quality standards and handling requirements in UAE.
- Knowledge of 12V and high-voltage vehicle battery maintenance is highly preferred.
- Experience working with 3PLs, transporters, PDI/QC teams, and logistics operations in UAE.
- Experience with WMS, DMS, ITMS, PDA, or similar logistics systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and people coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
- Excel and PowerPoint reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and recommend improvements in a fast paced outdoor operational environment.
- Willingness to spend majority of working time on ground within the vehicle yard.
The candidate must hold a valid UAE Driving License
Working days: 6 days a week. 1 day off.
