Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development and iterative optimization of core algorithm modules for L4 Robotaxi, including perception and prediction.
- Mine massive road test and simulation data, select training samples, and support algorithm model training and optimization.
- Analyze autonomous driving corner cases, identify root causes, and drive closed-loop algorithm optimization.
- Support the construction of data closed-loop system, collaborate cross-functionally to complete algorithm verification, and ensure reliable algorithm deployment and adaptation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation or related fields; experience in intelligent driving algorithm development is preferred.
- Proficient in core algorithms of at least one module (perception / prediction / planning), and familiar with related tech stacks and deep learning frameworks.
- Skilled in Python/C++ programming, with hands-on experience in massive data processing, model training and tuning.
- Capable of corner case analysis and problem root cause localization; Robotaxi project experience is a plus.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills, strong self-motivation and learning ability, able to work under R&D pressure.
