Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Industry Experience (No. of years):
- 5–10 years of experience in facilities, administration, or auxiliary services management
Position/functional experience (No. of years):
- 5–8 years in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities, operations, or auxiliary services.

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, accommodations, and infrastructure.
- Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
- Transportation & Accommodation
- Manage employee transportation and accommodation services.
- Ensure service quality, utilization efficiency, and employee welfare standards.
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and service agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
- Control costs and identify efficiency improvements.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
