Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead and manage auxiliary services, including facilities, transportation, accommodation, and support services, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations that support business continuity and organizational objectives.

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Experience and Skills:

Industry Experience (No. of years):

  • 5–10 years of experience in facilities, administration, or auxiliary services management

Position/functional experience (No. of years):

  • 5–8 years in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities, operations, or auxiliary services.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

  • Operational Management
  • Lead and manage all auxiliary services to support business operations.
  • Implement service standards, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor service performance and operational efficiency.
  • Facilities Management
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, accommodations, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
  • Transportation & Accommodation
  • Manage employee transportation and accommodation services.
  • Ensure service quality, utilization efficiency, and employee welfare standards.
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and service agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Budget & Cost Control
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
  • Control costs and identify efficiency improvements.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and address compliance gaps.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the auxiliary services team.
  • Monitor performance and promote service excellence.

Asset Management

  • Oversee company assets, equipment, and resource utilization.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare operational reports and KPI updates.
  • Coordinate with departments to meet support service requirements.

Emergency & Business Continuity

  • Support emergency response and business continuity plans.

Ensure continuity of critical support services during disruptions.
