Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Audio-Visual (AV) Integration Specialist. The AV Integration Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining AV technology systems and devices. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless system integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver exceptional AV experiences for diverse projects. The role also involves closely with project managers, designers, and engineers on real-world projects involving LED screens, projection systems, control systems, audio networks, and IT infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and support professional AV systems, including:
- LED screens & video walls
- Projectors and media playback systems
- Audio systems (PA, DSP, amplifiers)
- Basic control and signal routing
- Assist in system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- Support AV-over-IP and network-based systems
- Handle rack installations, cable management, labeling, and documentation
- Work closely with project managers and engineers during site execution
- Support testing, dry runs, and system handover
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Video & audio signal flow
- Network connectivity
- Hardware and software configuration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in:
- IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 13 years of experience in AV, IT, or systems integration
- Solid understanding of:
- AV signal flow
- Basic networking concepts
- Windows-based systems
- Hands-on mindset not afraid of racks, cables, and site work
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and under project deadlines
Bounce:
- CTS certification (AVIXA) or working toward it
- Experience with:
- LED processors (Novastar / similar)
- Projectors (Epson, Panasonic, Christie)
- Audio DSPs (QSC, Biamp, Xilica)
- Media players (BrightSign, PC-based systems)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Dante Audio
- AV-over-IP
- Control systems (Crestron / Extron basic level)
- Experience in museums, exhibitions, or immersive projects is a big plus
