We are looking to hire an Avature ATS Consultant (Remote) who will be responsible for leading complex Avature ATS implementations, enhancements, and system optimizations for our client based in Dubai, which is one of the largest organizations in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable, subject to performance and business requirements.
The role sits within the ERP Services Team and reports directly to the Associate Director.
We are looking for a passionate Avature ATS professional with deep functional and technical expertise who can act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You should have strong experience in Avature solution design, advanced configuration, stakeholder management, and delivery of global or multi-country ATS programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture of Avature ATS aligned with business and talent acquisition strategies
- Translate complex recruitment requirements into scalable Avature configurations and workflows
- Configure advanced Avature ATS modules including requisitions, candidate lifecycle workflows, career sites, interview scheduling, offer management, and approvals
- Define and maintain global ATS architecture, data models, business rules, permissions, and automations
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within Avature
- Lead and oversee integrations with HRIS, onboarding systems, assessment tools, background checks, and job boards
- Manage data migration activities, data quality checks, and reconciliation
- Act as the primary Avature SME for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design reviews with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior Avature consultants (L1L3)
- Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery governance
- Define and oversee system testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployments, and hypercare support
- Troubleshoot complex ATS issues and drive continuous system improvements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Avature ATS L4 Certification (mandatory)
- 610+ years of experience in ATS or recruitment technology implementations
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Avature ATS
- Proven experience leading global or multi-country ATS programs
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Knowledge of compliance requirements such as GDPR, EEO, and OFCCP
- Advanced Avature configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization skills
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Experience with Avature reporting, analytics, and dashboards
- Familiarity with Oracle HR ecosystem is preferred
- Experience with Avature CRM and/or Onboarding modules is an advantage
- Consulting or system integrator background is highly preferred
