SAP Signavio : 2+ years hands-on (Process Manager / Process Intelligence)
Source-to-Pay / Logistics : 3 - 5 years functional exposure
SAP Landscape : S/4HANA / SAP Ariba / SAP BTP
Objective Of The Role
Support the kick-start of SAP Signavio by identifying, modeling, and analyzing Source-to-Pay (Direct Procurement) and/or Logistics processes, and demonstrate measurable business value through process transparency and improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Process Discovery & Assessment :
- Understand current Source-to-Pay and/or Logistics business processes
- Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Identify process pain points, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps
SAP Signavio Configuration & Usage
- Set up and configure SAP Signavio Process Manager / Process Intelligence
- Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes in Signavio
- Apply standard Signavio content where relevant
Mandatory
Required Skills & Experience :
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager and/or Process Intelligence)
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (Direct Procurement) and/or Logistics processes
- Experience working with SAP systems (S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP)
- Ability to engage with business users and explain insights clearly
Preferred
- Experience in process mining and value realization
- Exposure to procurement compliance, approvals, and controls
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Prior short-term advisory or pilot-based engagements
