Role Overview:
Lead and manage aviation logistics for major airport expansions and greenfield developments in KSA and the GCC, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations in live and high-risk environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute aviation logistics for brownfield (live) and greenfield projects.
- Develop Logistics Management Plans (LMPs) & Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
- Coordinate heavy plant movement, airside safety, and ORAT transition plans.
- Design temporary haul roads, staging areas, and airside checkpoints (AutoCAD).
- Manage stakeholder engagement: Airport Security, Customs, ATC, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO & GACA regulations and safety standards.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's in Civil Eng., Construction Mgmt, or Logistics/Supply Chain. Postgrad preferred.
- 1015 yrs aviation logistics experience; 35 yrs Middle East preferred.
- Airside Safety/IATA Operations certification; NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Experience in live airport expansions and large greenfield projects.
- Eligible for high-level KSA airfield security clearance.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Brownfield sequencing & greenfield mobilisation.
- FOD management, jet blast zones, aircraft clearance.
- Airport systems: Fuel Hydrants, AGL, NAVAIDS.
- Traffic Management, swept path analysis, AutoCAD for site logistics.
- Strong client/stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
