Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- Manage and support marketing & communications for FAB's Enablement Function and ensure that all activities directly support its strategic priorities.
- Help the Enablement Function contribute to activities of strategic importance to the Group, and act in alignment with FAB's vision, values, goals and brand guidelines.
- Effectively collaborate on planning and execution with the internal teams and retained marketing and PR agencies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategy & Planning:
- Support in defining brand positioning, marketing and communications plan for FAB Enablement Functions.
Execution:
- Work with internal teams to ensure the Enablement Functions contribute and benefit from Group campaigns, events, partnerships, social and digital media, and external and internal communications.
Innovation & Technology
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, tools and trends in branding and marketing.
Measurement & Reporting
- Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of brand and marketing activity, with benchmarking against key competitors.
Budget Management
- Help manage the Enablement Functions budget and ensure resources are used efficiently.
JOB CONTEXT:
- Create compelling marketing content and collaterals that help the Enablement Functions promote and raise awareness of their initiatives, innovations and services.
- Foster relationships with influential media and manage the creation and distribution of media content, in collaboration with the Communications team.
- Help the Enablement Functions hold attractive, effective, and memorable events for its stakeholders, in collaboration with the Events team.
- Support the Enablement Functions develop and create online contents for wider engagement in social media community, in collaboration with Social Media team
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Support integrated marketing and communications activities that reflect brand identity and drive performance.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, communications, and media teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Monitor campaigns and performance for measure and improve efficiency.
- Conduct analyses on audience segmentation across channels to ensure campaigns, content, messaging are reaching the right individuals at the right time.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer experience teams to align messaging.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in internal and external communications.
- Support innovation launches with brand, marketing, and communications input.
- Help manage the Enablement Functions budgets and agency relationships.
- Ensure cost-effective execution of the activities without compromising quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong ability to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Highly skilled to lead marketing projects from concept to execution.
- Solid experience in market analysis, segmentation, and positioning.
- Creative in developing compelling messages and marketing content.
- Proficient in campaign analysis, consumer insights, and digital marketing platforms.
Minimum Experience
5+ years relevant experience marketing for a financial institutions or global agency
