About the role
As our AVP Corporate Brand & Comms you will lead our brand, marketing, and communications strategy to strengthen trust, reputation, and pride among stakeholders and employees. This role drives initiatives showcasing our culinary excellence, operational reliability, and sustainability leadership, while supporting growth and cultural transformation.
What you will do
As AVP Corporate Brand & Comms you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive brand and communications strategy that reinforces the Company's strategic position, operational excellence, and Dubai's global aviation reputation.
- Strengthening and to sustain airline partner trust and loyalty by strategically communicating the Company's operational excellence, culinary innovation, food safety, and reliability as key differentiators.
- Enhance visibility and promotion of the Company's non-airline businesses and future diversification opportunities in a coherent and consistent manner.
- Design and implement internal communications initiatives that drive employee engagement, culture adoption, and pride in Company's mission.
- Lead sustainability, CSR, and ESG storytelling to demonstrate environmental responsibility, community impact, and alignment with UAE goals.
- Oversee brand architecture, visual identity, and corporate naming initiatives to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Plan and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and showcase events to amplify Company's industry presence and business influence.
- Develop and maintain crisis communication protocols, rapid-response plans, and media engagement strategies to protect brand reputation and operational continuity.
- Drive brand-related content creation across digital, film, vehicle branding, collateral, and culinary initiatives to strengthen stakeholder perception and engagement.
- Establish governance, reporting, and performance metrics to track strategy adoption, brand impact, and stakeholder confidence, both internally and externally.
How you will do it
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing / communications (must have)
- MBA with specialization in Marketing or Corporate Communications(preferred)
Work Experience:
- 10+ years leadership experience in marketing, brand, and communications, ideally in large or mid-sized organizations.
- Strong background in corporate branding, strategic communications, and integrated marketing at national or international level.
- Expertise in multi-channel strategies, governance frameworks, and internal communications models.
- Skilled in digital marketing tools, social media, content management, and analytics.
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, corporate storytelling, thought leadership, and reputation-building campaigns.
