AVP, HNW Policy Servicing (6-Month Contract) | MNC Bank

Join a leading global bank as AVP, HNW Policy Servicing (6-month contract, strong potential for extension). You'll be the operational backbone for HNW policy servicing: Handling enquiries, processing policy changes, and managing legal documentation for collateral and trust assignments. This is a contract role with clear scope and deliverables from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to distributor enquiries across multiple channels and process policy change requests within agreed turnaround times, in full compliance with regulatory standards
• Review and manage legal documents for policies assigned as bank collaterals or trust arrangements
• Prepare and issue CSV month-end statements for distributors and banking partners
• Maintain SOPs and support ad hoc projects or initiatives as assigned by the manager

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a policy servicing role within the life insurance industry. Proven experience with HNW is highly advantageous.
• Solid working knowledge of life insurance processes, policy administration systems (i.e. AS400), and local MAS regulations
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with workflow and imaging systems strong written and verbal communication skills
