The AVP – Sales is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving enterprise and institutional revenue for DevX's managed office, coworking or Design & Build portfolio across South India. The role owns the channel-led sales ecosystem including IPCs, DCPs, brokers, leasing consultants, and strategic partners, while leading enterprise client acquisition and regional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Own revenue growth, pipeline generation, and enterprise sales performance across West India.
• Build and manage relationships with IPCs, DCPs, brokers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Drive acquisition of enterprise, GCC, and institutional clients for managed office and coworking solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, proposal discussions, and deal closures for large-ticket opportunities.
• Design and execute structured broker engagement and referral programs.
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams, establish forecasting discipline, and drive accountability.
• Represent DevX at industry forums, CRE events, broker networks, and business communities.
• Provide market intelligence on pricing, occupancy, competition, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Growth teams to maximize conversion and customer experience.
Success Measures
• Revenue achievement against annual and quarterly targets.
• Strong channel-generated pipeline and enterprise client acquisition.
• Forecasting accuracy and sales governance.
• Growth in broker engagement and market penetration.
Candidate Profile
• 14+ years of B2B sales experience within coworking, managed offices or Design & Build.
• Deep network across IPCs, DCPs, brokers, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Proven experience closing enterprise workspace transactions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing multi-city sales teams preferred.
