Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager / Director to lead large-scale engineering programs across .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure. This customer-facing leadership

role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage AI to

improve software delivery and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across .NET, React, and Azure.

• Drive AI adoption across the SDLC.

• Conduct customer workshops and gather requirements.

• Align engineering execution with product roadmaps.

• Ensure quality, timelines, and delivery excellence.

• Lead distributed engineering teams.

• Drive Agile, DevOps, and governance practices.

• Act as the primary client-facing leader.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of engineering delivery leadership.

• Strong experience with .NET, React, and Azure.

• Knowledge of AI/Generative AI in SDLC.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience leading enterprise engineering programs.

• Real Estate domain experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Product Engineering, Microsoft Azure, .NET Core, React.js, AI & Generative AI, Agile, DevOps,

CI/CD, Program Management, Solution Consulting, Engineering Leadership.
