We are seeking an AVP Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition to join our People team and play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of over 14,000 employees across multiple locations.
This is your opportunity to lead enterprise-wide workforce planning, talent acquisition, and mobilisation strategies, ensuring EKFC has the right talent in the right roles at the right time to drive our business forward.
What You'll Do:
- Lead annual and rolling workforce planning in collaboration with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to forecast talent needs and close workforce gaps.
- Translate workforce plans into effective recruitment strategies, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant hiring across all levels.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
- Ensure smooth handover into onboarding and mobilisation programs, optimizing new hire productivity and experience.
- Maintain strict adherence to policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards while proactively mitigating workforce risks.
- Prepare and manage budgets for Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and contingent workforce operations, ensuring value-driven investments and cost control.
- Establish and track KPIs and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to strengthen capability, enhance service delivery, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Resolve delivery challenges, prioritise competing demands, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve optimal workforce outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years in HR with significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Contingent Workforce Management.
- At least 6 years in a leadership or strategic role, overseeing large-scale recruitment and workforce programs in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with TA technologies, onboarding tools, and workforce analytics platforms.
- Must have UAE experience managing workforce planning and recruitment operations.
