• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM and Monitoring
• Backup, patching and infrastructure automation
• Terraform / CloudFormation
• Linux and Windows administration
• Security hardening and operational runbooks
• Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to design secure, scalable cloud solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical implementation, troubleshooting and operational support for AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Analyze incidents and problems, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop automation scripts, IaC modules and pipelines with appropriate change governance.
• Monitor platform health, performance, security and capacity and recommend proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs and support teams to resolve escalations and improve service reliability.
