Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

Location: PCS HYD, Hyderabad

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to drive the design, development, and operation of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure and application delivery pipelines on AWS. This role requires deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), application performance monitoring, and code quality tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, specifically utilizing AWS CDK.
Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, including configuration of SDLC Repos Usage and SDLC Pipelines Usage.
Manage source code version control, collaboration, and repository configurations using GitHub.
Integrate and manage Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and observability solutions, specifically Dynatrace.
Implement code quality analysis and security gates in the development lifecycle using SonarQube.
Utilize scripting language for automation of operational tasks and pipeline steps.
Manage and deploy core AWS services, including AWS Compute, AWS Storage, AWS Networking, and AWS Database solutions.
Ensure policy as code implementation and adherence to security best practices across the cloud infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills

Core DevOps Skills: Expertise in AWS CDK for defining cloud infrastructure resources.
Strong proficiency in GitHub for source control, collaboration, and managing CI/CD workflows.
Experience with application performance monitoring and observability platforms, specifically Dynatrace.
In-depth knowledge of code quality, code security, and static analysis using SonarQube.
Proficiency in Scripting Language and managing SDLC Pipelines.
Conceptual knowledge of CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

AWS Infrastructure: Experience with AWS Compute, AWS Storage, AWS Networking, and AWS Database services.
Familiarity with Image Build processes.

Qualifications

Certification in relevant AWS technologies is preferred. Deal Breaker Skill: Node JS.
