JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Expertise in Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
• Familiarity with Git and branching strategies.
• Strong understanding of containerization- Docker, Kubernetes
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities or Expectations from the Role:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation of deployments, configurations, and infrastructure tasks.
• Manage Azure resources and ensure best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline build and release processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates or Bicep.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployments, and environment issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in Azure environments.
• Continuously improve DevOps processes and adopt new technologies.
