Description
We are seeking an experienced Azure Platform / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions on the Azure platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage Azure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud performance and costs.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud solutions are scalable and secure.
- Implement automated deployment and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in cloud environments.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of cloud resources.
- Document cloud architecture, processes, and procedures for internal use.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure VM, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security principles in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions in Azure, such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
