Azure SME – OT

Experience: 8–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and optimize Azure infrastructure for OT environments.
• Provide L3/L4 support for Azure incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Administer Azure services including VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers, Backup, and Site Recovery.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud.
• Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Drive automation through PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with OT security standards.
• Collaborate with OT, Cyber Security, and project teams to deliver reliable cloud services.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in Azure Networking, Compute, Storage, Backup, and Security.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, PIM, and Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in OT/Industrial environments (SCADA, DCS, Industrial IoT).
• Azure Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500.
• Understanding of OT Cyber Security and network segmentation principles.
