Are you an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer looking to transition from hands-on maintenance into a more stable, senior role
We are recruiting for a specialized training environment delivering instruction on the
Airbus H145 platform. This position offers the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with leadership and mentorship responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training on H145 mechanical systems (engines, hydraulics, structures, and related systems)
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and technical documentation in line with OEM and regulatory standards
- Conduct technical assessments, examinations, and competency evaluations for trainees
- Mentor and coach trainees, providing continuous performance feedback and guidance
- Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs and sessions
- Ensure all training activities comply with aviation regulatory requirements (EASA/GACA or equivalent)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure training quality and consistency
- Assist in audits, accreditation processes, and quality assurance activities
- Provide technical expertise to support curriculum development and program improvement initiatives
- Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to best maintenance practices
Requirements
- Valid B1 Aircraft Maintenance License (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience on H145 / EC145 (military or civilian)
- At least 3 years in a technical instructor or training role
- H145 type rating from an OEM-approved organization
- Instructor certification or recognized training qualification
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field (minimum 2 years)
